Klik TV is an educational project offered by managed IT service provider, Klik Solutions. Klik TV puts complex IT concepts in simple terms. They offer short videos to illustrate these concepts and explain how effective and efficient technology can help business owners and executives better leverage their businesses. These videos are convenient to watch and make learning about different IT topics easy, fun, and engaging.

Klik Solutions needed to expand their own marketing to promote their services and to share information about technology. They approached Klik Digital’s team to explore options.

To address the need for business owners and executives to stay abreast of the latest trends and modern innovations in IT, Klik TV was developed as part of Klik Solutions. They began by identifying key content that addresses this need and began to develop scripts to support this endeavor. A production team was secured to start the project. Targeted guests were invited to speak to the content identified, and a staff member served as hostess/host.
Klik TV shows business owners and executives how they can leverage technology to help their business, from hardware and software to networks and cybersecurity. Klik TV offers short, five-minute videos with dialogue between an IT expert and host. Content is posted regularly on Klik Solutions YouTube channel, co-branded by Klik and partners.

As a result of this project, we have established a Klik Solutions YouTube channel, where our Klik TV videos are housed. We continue to expand our topic list and provide ongoing video shoots. We have also increased our video library, now housing at least 50 videos on a variety of topics.
To date, we have posted 44 episodes of Klik TV, which have a combined view count of almost 4000 views. We now have 45 subscribers on the YouTube channel.
We have used real businesses to share how they have benefitted from the use of technology. This has increased the awareness of what IT is, the different types of IT service available, and how viewers might benefit from the experiences our guests have shared.
